Kelly's Court of Foxnews debates a recent bullying issue

The folks out at John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City seem to be facing some serious litigation from the parents of a child that was bullied while on a bus.

Here's the skinny:
This was a known issue by the school and had been reported to them for 2 years, there are racial overtones to this problem (bullies are black, victim is white), the bus driver is a close relative (aunt) to the person seen as the main bully in this attack, and allegedly racial slurs were spoken to the father (also white) who at first was prevented from coming onto the bus but then somehow managed to board the bus and rescue his young teenage daughter from her attackers.

The details of the story from a local news website:

This caught the attention of national news today as this situation was debated on the segment known as Kelly's Court on the FoxNews station.

I know that if I saw this happening to a child that first rescue the child and defend them from the bullies and get them away from the situation...  But, if I was that father...then the news article would be written quite differently - it'd have gone more along the lines: Parent sees teen child being bullied on bus intervenes and send bullies including one adult to hospital in critical condition, prognosis for recovery of the perpetrators is grim.
